I see that you are having issues while scanning to the PC. Apart from updating your Kodak Drivers, installing a Driver Update Tool gives: Up to 3 times faster internet connection and download speeds. To make my scans clear, I had to click on "Scanner." and chose KODAK ESP AiO as my scanner even though I have a KODAK ESP-3 printer/scanner.Thanks for reaching out to HP Support Forums! I will certainly do my best to help you Go to "Microsoft Office Document Scanning" Once there, plug your scanner into you computer, chose what color you want your scan to be in, and click on the picture of the scanner to the right. Once completed go to the start menu and type in "Scan" into the search box. Next click on "Continue" at the bottom of the dialogue box and your configuration process should begin Click on the down arrow next to "Scanning, OCR and Indexing." Click on the "+" next to "Microsoft Office Document Imaging" A box will pop up, click on "Add or Remove Features" and then click "Continue". Scroll down to Microsoft Office Home and Student 2007 - click on that and then click on the "Change" link above. I have Windows Vista and Microsoft Office 2007 on my computer. I had the same problem and I got it to work.
